Warm Up:  0.5- 1 mile warm up (walk or run)

Beginner

2 x 20 crunches
2 x 10 burpees
2 x 1 min plank
5 x 30 squats
2 x 20 leg lifts
5 x 20 lunges (10 on each leg)

2 min rest between sets

Intermediate

3 x 20 crunches
3 x 10 burpees
3 x 1 min plank 
5 x 30 squats
3 x 20 leg lifts
5 x 20 lunges (10 on each leg)

2 min rest between sets

Advanced

4 x 20 crunches
4 x 10 burpees
4 x 1 min plank 
5 x 30 squats
4 x 20 leg lifts
5 x 20 lunges (10 on each leg)

2 min rest between sets

Cool Down:  0.5-1 mile warm up (walk or run)

Be sure to stretch and hydrate post workout.
