LEGS & ABS CIRCUIT

Beginner: 1x thru  |  Intermediate: 2x thru  |  Advanced: 3x thru

Warm Up:  0.5 mile warm up (walk or run)

Set 1- Legs

  • 20 squat jump
  • 20 squat with lateral raise (10 each side) 
  • 20 Lateral lunges (10 each side) 
  • 20 push ups

200 m run/ walk

Set 2- Abs

  • 20 Plank crunches (10 each side)
  • 20 Bird Dog
  • 20 Plank over unders (10 each side)
  • 20 Dead Bug
  • 20 Push ups 

200 m run/ walk

Set 3- Abs

  • 20 Leg lifts
  • 20 Slow kicks 
  • 20 Toe Touches
  • 20 Sit Ups

200 m run/ walk

Set 3- Legs & Abs

  • 20 Jumping Lunges 
  • 20 Jumping Jacks 
  • 20  Plank Jacks
  • 1 min Plank

200 m run/ walk

Cool Down:  0.5 mile warm up (walk or run)

Be sure to stretch and hydrate post workout.
