Beginner: 2x thru each set  |  Intermediate: 3x thru each set  |  Advanced: 4x thru each set

Warm Up:  0.5 mile warm up (walk or run)

*Perform each set (as many times as indicated above) before moving onto the next set. Before starting a new set, perform a 400 m run (0.25 miles)

Set 1

  • 12 pushups
  • 12 plank jacks

400 m run/ walk after all rounds are done; before moving to next set

Set 2

  • 12 Pushup Burpees
  • 12 Squat Jumps

400 m run/ walk after all rounds are done; before moving to next set

Set 3

  • 12 Plank Up/Downs
  • 12 Squat Jumps

400 m run/ walk after all rounds are done; before moving to next set

Set 4

  • 12 Sit Ups
  • 12 Leg Raises

400 m run/ walk after rounds are done

  •  

Cool Down:  0.5 mile warm up (walk or run)

Be sure to stretch and hydrate post workout.
